Most recently ELTH, a clinic operating system now live in three clinics, where I owned requirements, interface design and release sequencing. Before it I built a creative agency to a ₹5,00,000 monthly book and handed it over, delivered a 6,000-runner marathon four years running, and shipped 30 export packaging SKUs in 90 days against a state approval chain. I am at my best where the spec does not exist yet and somebody has to decide what ships first.
